2. Technical Issues If you experience a technical error (e.g., the file failed to parse but you were charged), please contact our support team within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation You may stop using the service at any time. Since there are no recurring subscriptions (one-time credits only), there are no ongoing contracts to cancel.
